These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88hz88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website available at https://88hz88.cam, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 88hz88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

88hz88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentary evidence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process, which includes providing a valid email address, choosing a secure password, and accepting these Terms. Registration constitutes your binding acceptance of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 88hz88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time 88hz88 deems appropriate for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in our request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. 88hz88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or misrepresentation.
All Account Balances on 88hz88 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following provisions apply to all deposit transactions:
Payment methods available to Pakistani players are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Methods may include bank transfers referencing institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet channels familiar to users of Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Raast. The mention of these payment providers is for user familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with 88hz88 or gambling operations. Always verify current method availability in the cashier — promotional materials may not reflect live availability.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Illustrative minimum: PKR 500 – PKR 1,000 depending on method. Check the live cashier for current limits.
Deposits processed via real-time payment channels are typically credited to your Account immediately. Processing times for bank transfer methods may vary. 88hz88 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.
Deposits must be made solely from financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification has been completed. Only Real Money balances that have satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle are not withdrawable.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe specified in the cashier at the time of request. 88hz88 targets internal processing within 24–72 hours for verified accounts, subject to additional time required by the receiving financial institution. These are target timelines, not guarantees.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary based on Account tier, payment method, and verification status. VIP-tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to operator approval.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative methods may be offered subject to KYC requirements. 88hz88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
All promotional offers made available by 88hz88 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires PKR 25,000 in total qualifying wagers before conversion to Real Money. These figures are illustrative only — refer to the live promotion for current requirements.
While Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements have not been completed, a maximum bet restriction applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit (illustrative example: PKR 500 per round) constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. The contribution table applicable to each promotion is available in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide: slot titles typically contribute at a higher rate than live-dealer table games. The contribution rates applicable at the time of bonus acceptance are binding.
Bonus Funds that remain in a Player's Account after the specified expiry period will be automatically removed. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms. 88hz88 will not reinstate expired bonuses.
Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out on bonus winnings (for example, PKR 5,000 maximum withdrawable from winnings generated through a specific bonus). Where such a limit applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Any amounts exceeding the cash-out cap will not be transferable to the Real Money balance.
88hz88 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, systematic abuse of promotional mechanics, or coordinated multi-account activity.

All content on the 88hz88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, page layouts, software code, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 88hz88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 88hz88.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 88hz88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
